Own the manufacturing and assembly of Aalo's electrical subsystems and wire harnessing. This is a hands-on role for an engineer equally comfortable defining production processes and standing at the bench wiring a panel, setting the quality bar for all electrical and I&C scope and scaling builds from prototype to production.
