Own day-to-day operations of Zoo's machine shop, leading machining across CNC mills, lathes, prototype equipment, and fabrication tools to produce parts for product development, testing, fixtures, and production. A hands-on leadership role covering programming, setup, machining, inspection, and shop standards.
