Provides strategic leadership and consistency across all SendCutSend manufacturing sites, developing a unified quality strategy and aligning standards, processes, and coaching across locations and shifts. Leads and mentors site Quality Managers to improve customer outcomes and drive continuous improvement. Preferably based in Reno, NV but open to other locations; requires regular travel.
