A Responsible Engineer role owning a material system or manufacturing process end to end, covering manufacturing process design, material selection, thermal analysis, and testing. Performs detailed analysis of material properties, manufacturing methods, and thermal fatigue lifing, plus metallurgical analysis to drive manufacturing improvements.
