Forest, Mississippi defense-electronics expansion completed
Raytheon completed a $50 million, 17,000-square-foot expansion in Forest, Mississippi, adding production, test, and integration capacity for electronic-warfare and radar systems.
Raytheon completed its latest expansion of the Forest manufacturing complex, bringing the site to 445,000 square feet. The new space is designed as a production, test, and integration hub for Next Generation Jammer Mid-Band pods for the U.S. Navy and Australia, along with other airborne radar programs. RTX expects the investment to create 100 high-skill jobs by 2028.
