Kikkoman Jefferson Plant Grand Opening

Kikkoman opened its third U.S. production plant in Jefferson, Wisconsin, adding a 240,000-square-foot domestic facility for soy sauce and related seasonings.

Kikkoman Foods held the grand-opening ceremony for its Jefferson, Wisconsin plant after beginning soy-sauce brewing there in May 2026. The company says shipments are scheduled to begin in October. The 100-acre, approximately 240,000-square-foot facility is Kikkoman's third U.S. plant and ninth soy-sauce production base outside Japan, strengthening supply for its largest overseas market.
