Fort Monmouth frozen-dessert capacity expansion completed

MGT Foods completed a 38,000-square-foot manufacturing expansion in Fort Monmouth, New Jersey, after retailer demand for its U.S.-made Biti Bites frozen desserts outpaced capacity.

The family- and veteran-owned manufacturer expanded its New Jersey plant to support Biti Bites Biteables, which it launched in 2025 and now distributes nationally through retailers including Walmart, Wawa, and Weis. The product was developed around MGT Foods' cold-extrusion technology and is produced in four varieties.
