Antares U.S.-origin HALEU supply contract

Centrus Energy and Antares Nuclear signed a definitive multi-year contract for U.S.-origin high-assay low-enriched uranium, with Antares prepayments supporting expanded domestic enrichment capacity.

Centrus will supply HALEU for Antares' compact reactors for space and national-security missions, with deliveries beginning before the end of the decade. The fuel will come from Centrus' American Centrifuge Plant in Piketon, Ohio, where the company is expanding commercial-scale HALEU and low-enriched uranium production using its U.S.-origin AC100 centrifuge technology.
