Ad Astra Group runs a national series of Industrial Base Hackathons — monthly working sessions in different U.S. cities that put 100 senior leaders from government, capital, industry, and academia on cross-domain teams to attack specific supply-chain bottlenecks in energy, defense, food, medical devices, and aerospace.
The thesis
Most industrial-policy work stays at the white-paper level. Ad Astra Group is the rare org actually convening the people with decision authority and grinding through root-cause-analysis on specific bottlenecks — the connective tissue between policy, capital, and operators.
