How it runs
Altana operates a federated product and trade network: customers connect catalogs, supplier records, bills of materials, and sovereign data to dedicated environments, while models resolve those records against a shared global supply-chain graph. Businesses, logistics providers, and governments then use catalogs, value-chain maps, workspaces, and reusable Product Passports for classification, compliance, sourcing, customs, and enforcement workflows.
How it earns
Altana sells annualized enterprise and government platform contracts, with deployment tiers for Atlas Core or Platform and separately priced modules for product catalogs, reporting, data fusion, custom models, and trade-compliance usage. An independently reviewed CBP contract was worth $2.85 million in year one and nearly $10 million over three years, confirming multi-year license and deployment revenue.
Why it wins
Altana's federated network combines exclusive first-party logistics and customs data, public and commercial records, and sovereign customer data while participants retain control of sensitive inputs. The resulting graph now covers roughly half of global trade and more than 600 million companies; the Cervo AI acquisition adds submission-ready customs-entry writing, giving logistics customers an end-to-end agentic brokerage workflow.
