The thesis
The 'AI for manufacturing' market is full of decks and zero deployments. BlackArc is built by a real ex-COO of multi-site manufacturing groups (CaneKast, AFC Industries) and is one of the few entrants actually pulling data off 15-year-old PLCs and putting it to work, which is the unsexy bottleneck for every US shop trying to scale.
