The product
Cape is a full MVNO — operating its own cloud-based mobile core and SIMs — designed to defeat SIM swap attacks, IMSI tracking, and personal data leakage. Rotates subscriber identifiers automatically, segregates payment data, provides extra phone numbers, and partners with networks like USCellular's IoT layer for connectivity.
The thesis
American national security professionals, executives, and dissidents currently route their voice/data through carriers that leak metadata at the SS7 level. Cape rebuilds the mobile core in software so private comms are the default, not a $10K SCIF accessory.
How it runs
Operates as a heavy MVNO: Cape leases radio access from nationwide and roaming carrier partners, but issues and controls its own SIMs and routes subscriber traffic through its own U.S.-owned, cloud-based mobile core. It serves individual subscribers nationwide and also supports government and other high-risk users.
How it earns
Consumer cellular subscriptions are sold at $99 per month with taxes and fees included for unlimited talk, text, and data. Government and enterprise commercial terms are not publicly disclosed.

Cape's support documentation says identifier rotation is available as an experimental feature in the Cape app, automatically rotates daily, and can also be triggered on demand. Identifier rotation is already represented in the existing dossier's product and strategic-edge fields.
