Harmony

An AI-native operating system for American manufacturing.

Software for industry
What they build

The product

An AI-native layer that runs a plant on real-time data — connecting machines, software, paperwork, and tribal knowledge without rip-and-replace. The platform digitizes paperwork, gives live factory visibility, offers AI search across all plant data, schedules production, tracks quality and downtime, manages inventory and shortages, automates workflows, and captures SOPs and tribal knowledge. It can act as an ERP or sit on top of existing systems.

Why it matters

The thesis

Most US factories still run on spreadsheets, paper travelers, and undocumented tribal knowledge, which caps output and makes succession brutal. Harmony embeds on-site in American plants and uses AI to absorb the grind work — production planning, RFQs, work orders, accounting paperwork — so legacy manufacturers can scale without ripping out the systems they already trust. It is one of the clearest examples of software-for-industry being built in the industrial heartland rather than for it from Silicon Valley.
