Ben Horowitz is a cofounder and general partner at Andreessen Horowitz. Before a16z, he cofounded and led Loudcloud, later renamed Opsware, through its $1.6 billion acquisition by Hewlett-Packard, then became an HP vice president and general manager. He is also the author of The Hard Thing About Hard Things and What You Do Is Who You Are and created a16z's Cultural Leadership Fund.
