About
George Munguia is co-founder and CEO of Harmony, a Chattanooga-based startup building an AI-native operating system for American manufacturing. Before Harmony he founded ThunderStrike.ai in 2023, an AI-driven B2B sales tool that hit $150K ARR in eight weeks and was acquired by virtual-assistant platform Coconut, where he became co-founder and helped scale the bootstrapped business to millions in ARR. Training virtual assistants exposed how poorly SOPs and ChatGPT docs captured the contextual, tribal knowledge real work requires — the insight that became Harmony. Earlier in his career he ran strategic partnerships at Forecastr (working with Microsoft and HubSpot), was a founding member and investor at Sweater, and held roles at ASTRALABS and Launchpad.
