Jeff Wilke is a co-founder and co-chairman of Slate Auto, the Bezos-backed Michigan EV startup developing a $25,000 customizable electric pickup. He is the former CEO of Worldwide Consumer at Amazon, where he ran the company's retail business for two decades and built much of its operational backbone. After leaving Amazon, he co-founded Re:Build Manufacturing with his MIT Leaders for Global Operations classmate Miles Arnone in 2020, and Slate spun out of Re:Build in 2023 from an internal project called Re:Car. He holds an MBA and an SM in chemical engineering from MIT and a BS in chemical engineering from Princeton.
