Juan Lozano is co-founder and CTO of Mariana Minerals, a software-first, vertically integrated critical-minerals developer and operator. A Stanford graduate in computer science and physics, he previously co-founded InsideMaps and led machine learning at Kite before its acquisition by Affirm. At Mariana, the software organization has built MarianaOS, whose CapitalProjectOS, MineOS, and PlantOS products connect project development, mining, and refining and are deployed at the company's Copper One and Lithium One sites. Mariana announced a $310 million Series B in August 2026, bringing parent and project capital raised to approximately $400 million.
