Kaia Rhodes is the founder and CEO of Anatar, an Atlanta-based reindustrialization venture rebuilding the American apparel and textile supply chain through software-orchestrated, automated U.S. factories. A 20-year textile industry veteran, she launched Anatar in 2025 to take brands from concept to production-ready apparel in two to four weeks while sourcing cotton, synthetics, and labor within a 400-mile radius of Atlanta. The company is backed by SOC Capital and Chang Robotics Fund and is scoping its first facility in Georgia to serve aerospace, defense, and consumer brand customers.
