Misa Ilkhechi is co-founder of Formic, where he leads product strategy, partnerships, and the integration playbook that turns off-the-shelf industrial robots into a turnkey service for American factories. Before Formic he held sales and engineering roles at Universal Robots, John Deere, Bosch, and Ametek, giving him a hands-on view of why so many small and mid-sized U.S. manufacturers had been priced out of automation. He has spent his career consulting manufacturing companies on how to make automation pay back, and now leads the technical product side at Formic.
