Rob Gorham is co-founder, President, and sole CEO of BlueForge Alliance, the nonprofit Navy-aligned integrator working to revitalize the U.S. submarine industrial base ahead of the Columbia-class and AUKUS Virginia ramp. He took on full executive duties in September 2025 after co-founder Kiley Wren stepped down. Before BlueForge, Gorham was Executive Director of America Makes — the $400M DoD-backed national additive manufacturing innovation institute — and Senior Manager of the Manufacturing Exploration & Development Group at Lockheed Martin's Skunk Works, where he led transition of affordable manufacturing technologies into advanced aircraft programs. BlueForge has been awarded multiple prime contracts from the Navy totaling more than $1B.
