Soren Monroe-Anderson is co-founder and CEO of Neros, the U.S. defense-drone manufacturer he started in 2023 with fellow former professional FPV racer Olaf Hichwa. A 2020 MultiGP world champion, he now leads Neros's effort to build secure, vertically integrated small-drone systems at mass scale. In August 2026 Neros announced a $250 million Series C to accelerate Archer AI, the Bandit counter-UAS interceptor, and multi-asset-control capabilities while pursuing production of one million drones per year.
