The role
What you'll do
- Support the CSO and senior leadership (including commercial and technical leaders) on core strategic priorities across power, fuel, and infrastructure deployment
- Drive execution across key initiatives
- Prepare materials for executive leadership, investors, partners, and Board discussions
- Conduct market research and synthesize insights across energy markets, datacenter demand, government policy, and nuclear infrastructure
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts across commercial, finance, legal, regulatory, and engineering teams
- Identify bottlenecks and execution risks across projects and drive resolution
- Act as a force multiplier for leadership by improving clarity, alignment, and execution across initiatives

What you'll bring
- 2–5 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or similar analytical roles
- Experience building high-quality materials for senior stakeholders (e.g., investors, executives, Board)
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
- Strong attention to detail and high standards for output
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or related field
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with experience evaluating complex transactions or investments
- Experience in energy, infrastructure, or capital-intensive industries
- Exposure to project finance, infrastructure investing, or structured transactions
- Familiarity with power markets, datacenter infrastructure, or nuclear energy
- Interest in long-term infrastructure development and industrial strategy
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment

Position Description
Oklo is seeking a Strategy Associate to support the Chief Strategy Officer and senior leadership across the company’s strategy and commercial functions. This role sits at the center of Oklo’s most important initiatives, including power deployment, fuel strategy, capital formation, and strategic partnerships.
You will work directly with the CSO to drive execution across high-priority workstreams. This role is designed for someone with strong analytical rigor and execution ability, who can operate across a broad set of problems and bring structure to complex, fast-moving initiatives.
