About Tulip Interfaces
You’re a hands-on engineering leader who blends technical depth with a genuine passion for growing people. You’ve spent years building and shipping SaaS products, and you know what it takes to deliver clean, reliable code at scale. You’re energized by mentoring engineers, helping them grow into the next version of themselves, and creating the conditions for your team to do their best work. You thrive in cross-functional environments — partnering naturally with product, design, infrastructure, and customer-facing teams. You bring your authentic self to work, say what you think in real time, and trust the people closest to the work to make the call.
